Wonderful blog you have here but I was curious if you knew of any
discussion boards that cover the same topics talked about here?
I’d really like to be a part of group where I can get comments
from other knowledgeable people that share the same interest.
If you have any recommendations, please let me know.

    Kudos!

I read your post, this article is most useful and informative.

You explained Yoga Nidra in a very appropriate way.

I learned Yoga Nidra at Arhanta Yoga Ashram, it was fantastic for me. There I learned Yoga Nidra practice. All yoga teachers are very experienced, skilled and sociable. Suitable environment for learning.
