    Thanks for the useful pieces of advice. I have similar problem with my back. Recently I started to attend the physiotherapy sessions at http://edenphysio.co.nz/ near me in Auckland. I decided to try a traditional Chinese acupuncture medicine. Hope it helps!

    I do yoga but I have tide muscle on my right leg and if I stand on it for long it painful….
