Yoga Video Exploration Series for Home Practice

Support your home practice

by Kara-Leah Grant

Last week, I published an article called Free your pelvis and the rest will follow. I’d written this at the request of a long-time loyal reader who was having lower back issues. In the article, I included a short video of me talking about using yoga to heal, and written explanations for seven ways to explore the pelvis and spine.

The article was a big hit, and it’s now inspired this new series designed to support you in your home practice.

For many of, the idea of practicing yoga at home is just too scary. We don’t have anywhere to unroll our mats, we’re afraid we don’t know what to do, we don’t have the time, we don’t have the motivation.

I want to de-mystify the process of home practice, and show you that it starts where ever you are. It starts in stopping and tuning into your breath. It starts by deciding you’re going to practice at home.

And now it can start by watching this series of videos. Every week, I’ll explore a different posture, or aspect of yoga. You can watch and learn or you can watch and participate.
