Terms and Conditions for the Hauora Yoga Roadshow Giveaway

1. The promoter is: The Yoga Lunchbox a business unit of the Exercise Association of New Zealand.  Whose registered office is Unit 8/14 Broad Street, Woolston, Christchurch, New Zealand.
2. The competition is open to residents of the New Zealand aged 18 years or over except employees of the The Yoga Lunchbox and The Exercise Association of New Zealand and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disregarded.
5. Closing date for entry will be 11/4/2018.
6. The prize is as follows: one full pass to the Hauora Yoga Roadshow 2019.
7. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives are offered.The prize is not transferable.
8. Winners will be chosen at random.
9. The winner will be notified by email after closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be redrawn.
10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. All data will be held in accordance with current NZ data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
11. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
