Anahata Yoga Retreat

150-hour Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra training with Swami Karma Karuna

This comprehensive Restorative & Yoga Nidra training is in-person, over a 16-day residential at Anahata Yoga Retreat in Golden Bay, New Zealand. This residential immersion is followed by a 3-month online training package, for a total of 150-hours covering theory and practical applications of technique. Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga and breathing techniques will be explored from practical, scientific, psychological and lifestyle perspectives.

This is an ideal professional development course for established yoga teachers, health and education professionals, and those interested in guiding relaxation techniques. You will explore tools to assist in the release of deep muscular, mental and emotional tension, inducing calmness and clarity for a range of life and health situations, for differing client needs, including therapeutic applications.

The cost of the training includes training sessions, a comprehensive manual, online content, food & accommodation.
