Feel energised and alive with daily yoga practice workshop

Want to Feel Energised and Alive Every Single Day? You Need a Regular Home Yoga Practice!

Join Kara-Leah Grant, author of Forty Days of Yoga – Breaking down the barriers to a home yoga practice on this day-long workshop in Queenstown.

In this hands-on practical workshop you’ll find out why you’re not practicing yoga regularly and you’ll design strategies to make regular practice a part of your life. It’s not about will power – it’s about understanding your psyche & how we often self-sabotage our best intentions. We’ll practice yoga, talk about yoga, & use worksheets to dive into our personal challenges and obstacles.

Cost:
$65 early bird before November 10 or $80 full price + Forty Days of Yoga $30 (RRP $42 & optional – you don’t need to buy the book).

Registration:
Email Kara-Leah direct or call 021 715 415.

Venue:
Configure Express Queenstown Remarkables Park, above Noel Leemings.

When:
Sunday November 17, 10pm – 5pm. (We’ll take a 90 minute lunch break to refresh our minds and bodies.)
