Bones for life, Yoga teacher & Reflexologist.

The pelvis is designed to support and move your spine easily and efficiently. It enables your spine to tilt, bend and turn in all directions.

When your pelvis is in a neutral position the lower back maintains its natural curve. For many people the pelvis is tilted too far forward over aching the lower back or, too rounded flattening the lower back which can put pressure on your muscles, ligaments and spinal discs.

Over the weekend you’ll learn effective, fast acting and enjoyable ways to improve how your pelvis moves enabling a more comfortable lower back and spine.

Now that we wear shoes, walk on concrete and flat surfaces, we don’t make full use of our feet as we would have, walking with no shoes, on natural surfaces. Our feet have lost much of their natural flexibilty, becoming stiff and less able to support our bodys weight efficently.

In this class we’ll bring awareness to how our feet connect with the ground and the whole skeleton, giving a more stable foundation for the pelvis and spine.

Other benefits of Happy Feet are:

  • Better posture & balance Increased energy
  • Relief for tired and sore feet and backs
  • Improve yoga, tennis, golf and other athletic sport. Learn self Reflexology and simple things to do at home.
