Did I mention how much I LOVE yoga? And  that one interpretation of yoga is to connect, which is what this website is all about.

After seeing the trailer for ‘Enlighten Up one of my subscribers and fellow yogis just put me on to this yoga documentary also out now – now that’s connection!

Called Y-Yoga Movie, just seeing the movie trailer gave me goosebumps.

Watching all those people talk about what yoga has done for their lives, and how they are sharing it with the people around them makes my heart soar.

So I offer it up here for others to enjoy – check out the trailer, and get your hands on a copy of the DVD.

Technically, this album is great. Great artists, great music, great music for yoga. A worthy addition to any yogi's music collection. My biggest gripe is with the order of the songs - yoga class playlists can be so time-consuming to construct, I was secretly hoping I could play this album…

    Hey Arthur!

Thanks for stopping by – and thanks for making that movie. It’s awesome. A group of yogi buddies and I all got together a week or so ago and watched it en masse. Fantastic way to see it, and it sparked a lot of discussion about yoga. It’s way more popular in the States compared to NZ… but we’re getting there.

It was so inspiring hearing all the different stories from everyone, and seeing the wide variety of people getting into yoga. LOVED the ex-wrestler dude, he was awesome!!!!

In NZ, we need a high-profile ex-rugby player to get into yoga and start teaching it… that would definitely help the cause over here 🙂

Many blessings – thanks too for those links.
