New York based senior Iyengar teacher Carrie Owerko will lead her first downunder retreat in late February / early March 2012.
It will take place in two fantastic locations – the seaside village of St Kilda in Melbourne (24-26 Feb) and the remote and beautiful Awaroa Lodge, in the Abel Tasman (29 Feb – 4 March).
Students (who should be at Intermediate level – and who are welcomed from any yoga discipline) can attend either the Melbourne or New Zealand portion, or both parts of the retreat.
Owerko is well known for her alacrity, dynamism and inspiration. Her retreats are a valuable investment; a chance to re-energize and renew your practice, and to discover untrodden paths in both outer and inner worlds.
We are offering NZers a 1-off special price of USD 3000 for two people to attend at Awaroa. It’s a substantial discount from the published prices ($NZ 1890 for four nights at 4-star Awaroa Lodge, 8 classes with Carrie, all meals and return transfers from Nelson.)
It will be an intimate affair and the chance for yogis of any discipline to deepen their practice and spend some quality time with Carrie and a wonderful group of students who are coming from around the world. Register here, and enter the code LUNCHBOXYOGA to claim your discount.
