I’m delighted to introduce our first Christchurch yogi, and our first Anusara teacher.
Anusara means “flowing with Grace,” “flowing with Nature,” and “following your heart”, and it was founded by John Friend in 1997.
It’s a style of hatha yoga with an uplifting philosophy, epitomized by a “celebration of the heart,” that looks for the good in [...]

It’s my pleasure to introduce another Satyananda yogi from around the country. Like many of the Satyananda yogis, Radhe has a long history of yoga, first coming into contact with it in the 1970s.

Schooling of her daughter [...]

Like a few of our teachers, she caught the bug early, attending her first class at 14.
It makes me wonder what can of change we could create [...]

It’s such a pleasure to introduce our first Auckland yoga teacher, Katy Carter.
Not only does she teach yoga, but she also works for a New Zealand yoga clothing company, We’ar Yoga Cothing.
I’ve yet to buy anything from the range – mainly due to being pregnant – but have spent time browsing the We’ar online store, [...]
