The Explore Your ‘Self’ retreat is one of the best ways to come to Anahata for someone who is interested in learning about yoga and all its facets.

This interactive retreat provides you with a broad range of yogic tools to enhance balance and harmony in your life. Immersing yourself in the daily life of Anahata in a supportive environment and learn yogic principles to apply to your life.
