  2. Just wanted to say what a beautiful, inspiring read this was and I feel motivated to fit in a few sun salutations around looking after my children. Best wishes

  3. Thank you Gyananidhi and Sarah for your lovely words. It was one of those experiences of the collective intent where you find the group-vibe is able to hold anything-and-everything that we bring to it. It was inspiring to be in it. xx

  4. Hi Alys,
What a journey – it sounds amazing and also so beautifully said.
    How is Billy?
I was walking around the waterfront enjoying the great beauty and laughing in appreciation at the way Wellingtonian’s battle the wind with ice creams firmly in hand as soon as the weather warms even just a bit(myself included). I felt led to frank kits park and was overjoyed to discover the Global Mala already underway. I saw a few friendly faces (yours included)So I sat down and enjoyed the great beauty of movement and form, and the amazing collective energy. So even though I was wearing jeans and was unable to join in physically , I did join in energetically. So it was perfect. Thank you.

    Namaste

  5. Thanks Josephine for holding the space, much loved :-) Billy got really good medical advice that Sunday; he saw the exact doctor he needed to see. And he’s well on the mend now. Crutches gone and humour returned :-p xx

  6. Hi Alys

WOW! Thank you for your beautiful words; you’ve captured so much of what I also experienced during our Wellington Global Mala, from my own modest – and initially self-limiting – goals (“I’ll just do the first 27 and then see how I feel…”), to the joy that fizzed as the energy built and carried me through to the 108th, then pure elation followed by unstoppable tears during that beautiful closing meditation.

What a privilege it was to join a group of inspiring and brave souls on that very special afternoon.

    Namaste
    Debbie

  7. Gorgeous and honest expression of the day, the journey. Beautiful.
    Namaste, Rhys
