    Hello
Just thought you should try Myoga. I struggled to find a gentle and passionate class until I came there. The website is myoga.co.nz. The teacher and owner, Melissa, is one of the greatest people and teachers you would hope to meet. Go on try it!

Hi Alice – Thanks for the suggestion! I have been meaning to check them out. It’s always great to have suggestions from locals on where they like to go. Cheers!

  3. Hi Elissa,

I know exactly what you mean when you miss a teacher and can’t find another one that has the same impact on your practice. From speaking to my yogi pals I have heard these same concerns. I guess it takes time to achieve that connection and in yoga as we all know it’s about keeping the mind fully open.

    Enjoy your yoga journey,

    LauraXx
