Anahata Retreat has just released it’s next round of yoga events for 2010.
Kicking off today in Nelson, there’s a huge range of yoga events on offer – everything from Kids Yoga taught by 13 year old Sundari to in-depth workshops on the koshas and mantras.
Even better for those in Wellington, Swami Muktidharma is coming up for a few days to deliver not just some public events, but also the opportunity for people to meet with him personally. Makes me wish I was still living in Wellington!
Take the time to check out what’s on offer – there might just be that one workshop you’ve been waiting for.
