I have just had the great privilege and honour to have been led through a semi-private practice by Greg. It was such a nourishing, nurturing experience. I was feeling tired and lackluster at the beginning and Greg beautifully guided me back into connection with myself in the gentlest of ways. Somewhere during the practice, I felt my energy returning and my sense of being burdened lightening. Thank you so much Greg, for your heart and compassion. I’m so grateful to know you. Namaste, K

I love Greg’s classes! I find I can really soften into my edges with kindness and strength through the support of his encouraging and enthusiastic style. I particularly love the pranayama and breath focus. This practice really works for me. Wellington is very fortunate to have him!

    thanks Greg :-)

Since starting Greg’s classes at Worser Bay in June (my first experience with Yoga)I am hooked! Ready for exercise, recovery and some ‘me’ time after the birth of our second child, Greg’s calm consistent encouragement has lead me to explore the flexibility and strength of my body and mind. After each class I feel wholely connected to myself and warmly pulsing with energy. His considerate approach to individual needs in the class is fantastic and much appreciated.

I’ve been going to Greg’s classes for about 6 months now. What I really enjoy about Greg as a teacher is how intuitive he is in terms of working out what the class and each inidivdual in it needs, and also his gentle and yet still challenging approach to yoga. I also appreciate his focus on core work, and on performing asanas with thoughtfulness and concentration. We are indeed lucky to have him in Wellington. I recommend his classes all the time to anyone who will listen!
