What an amazing and inspirational article. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Katie twice when she’s pulled together yogis across NZ to explore the heart-lifting practice of Anusara. After the December workshop with Desiree Rumbaugh, I came home and couldn’t make it through 15 minutes of the movie The Lion King without bursting into tears! I told my husband, “My heart is WAY too open for this right now!”

And I think that sums Katie up beautifully: A quietly inspirational and gorgeous person who can share the path to an open heart. We’re so blessed to have Katie in NZ.

    Hey Seka,

Lucky you! I can’t wait to take one of her workshops.

    Thanks for stopping by :)

It’s just so great to finally have Anusara (and Katie!) on the website. It’s such an amazing style of yoga.

      Love your profile pic!
