Kara-Leah – I learnt some bhakti dancing that derives from Barata Natyam with mudras only for some, and mudras with footwork for other dances. Swami Sivananda Radha taught these at her ashram in Canada. She was a disciple of Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh and a professional dancer and dance teacher before she became a sannyasi. If you’re interested in learning any sometime, please contact me!

Blessings,
