I am doing it now every day.  Started with 5 min and two pumps and now up to 7 mins. two pumps until I can work up to 11 min. and 3 pumps....It has been wonderful to hear you share.  I am sharing some of the same benefits of deep relaxation, more joy and a lot less doing and wanting more to just go with the flow...which honestly is HUGE AND FANTASTIC...I am going to keep going on.  I dont know when I started but I want to keep it part of my daily and make it part of my daily yoga!  I feel blessed and grateful to have read your sharing!  Satnam!
