This is a great post. I love yoga and have already decided to make yoga practice a bigger part of my life. In the spirit of Steve Pavlina’s blog, I’m doing a thirty day yoga trial. I’m going to do yoga everyday for thirty days. That’s a big commitment for me because at times I tend to be a slacker when it comes to exercise.

    Hey Lovelyn,

What a wonderful idea! I’m sure that after doing yoga for thirty days in a row, you’ll be so amazed at the results that you’ll want to carry on.

    Good luck!
