    You are so right! The intention was for a short practice, but writing it out makes it sound much longer than it is… But after practicing it through a few times, hopefully the instructions are no longer necessary.

  3. Yoga is a great way to help with back pain. However, I would also suggest that you consider a visit to a local chiropractor. They can offer you pain relief using specific chiropractic techniques that involve hands-on manipulation of the body and thus helping the body to heal itself. You will be surprised what a chiropractor can do for you.
