Great article. For me, I’ve always believed that it is better to do any meditation than none. Sometime, the expectation to meditate for a specific period of time (20-30 minutes or longer) can keep one from meditating at all! For me, even if I only have 5 minutes…I do it.
Meditating daily is the key, regardless of length. Once the frequency is there…the length comes.
